We love being able to offer a space where memories are created and people are celebrated!
POLICIES FOR RESERVING OUR SPACE:
• We offer 3 hour time slots during non-business hours. This includes all set-up and tear-down time for your event. Additional time may be requested for fees listed in the table below.
• We ask for $50.00 upfront to secure your date & the remaining amount will be due the day of your event.
• You may cancel and get a refund up to two weeks before your event.
• Because it takes additional time and resources to set up, we’ll need to know ahead of time if you prefer an OPEN BAR where a barista can make drinks (they can be paid for as they are ordered, or the tab be payed at the end of the event), or a CLOSED BAR with no drinks made.
• Early arrival or late departure will result in additional fees.
• You may bring food or beverages and we suggest you provide your own flatware/serving utensils/beverage cups and ice (for any drinks you provide yourself). If you choose an open bar, we will provide everything needed for any drinks purchased. We ask that there be no weapons or animals present.
• Our seating capacity is 45 people, please keep this in mind when planning your event at our location.
Time slots include the setup and teardown of your event. You may rearrange furniture as you like, but please return everything to its approximate location during teardown.
